Now flashlight is obligatory on starting gear, but bug is still present for me. :(

I can't download the file. It gives me an error:"error on line 2 at column 1: Document is empty"
For those who doesn`t know how to download this fix:
1. click on download
2. fast right click on "new_game_loadouts.xml"
3. save as web page ("save page as" or something similar)
4. follow instructions above (rename + drop in right folder)

It will not download for me. Tried right clicking on "new_game_loadouts.xml" still get the same error that document is empty. It's not an error on my end...
Do you save that file as web page? You must be fast with right clicking and saving. ;)
