this is a cheatmod, to play with this cheatmod you need to use key-combinations. with thses combinations you can: add population, spawn nits, change weather, change army, change side, delete units (units, tanks, buildings, houses, points,...) instand build, instand recharge, instant upgrade, etc
you only can play this mod in SP games, because relic is cheat-free, but you can use it in skirmishes and missions
