Cerebral Cascade is a Yuri's Revenge modification that seeks to build upon the scenario originally envisioned by Westwood in which Yuri was a time-traveler from the Brotherhood of Nod. Cerebral Cascade attempts to bring this plot-line to fruition, and overhauls the entire Red Alert 2 story to suit the new plot-line, covering both the events of Red Alert 2 and its expansion. The multiplayer experience contains 18 playable countries, with two bonus factions, for a total of 20 factions, and a moderate focus on maintaining balance between all factions, while keeping their ideas fresh and new. This mod also makes sporadic use of the Ares modding extension by AlexB, and the CnCNet client by Rampastring, to bring an enriched and modern experience to the playerbase.
With Canada also being one of the victims of the Soviet Invasion of North America, albeit at a lower magnitude than its southern brother, the United States. It along with the Dominion of Newfoundland, and the rest of the British Commonwealth have sent forces to assist the American nation against the Soviet Menace invading the mainland.
The Canadian nation was forced to mobilize everything it had, including its own Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
The Mountie is a new unit for the British Commonwealth that serves as an ulterior scout unit, and the same anti-spy role as the Attack Dog. However unlike the Attack Dog they are not immune to psionics. In which the deployment of Attack Dogs against Soviet PsiCorps troopers is necessary, as not even the RCMP can protect Canadians - and the less fortunate Americans - against mind control.

I hadn't seen any other mod incorporate a form of cavalry into their mod, not even as campaign units. So I decided that since the Soviets are actively invading North America, there has to be some representation of the local police force of Canada somewhere in the mod.
While it isn't the age of cavalry anymore, the Mountie fills a specialist role in the mod, as a scout and spy detector unit, and I hope its inclusion is well received. As I feel like a Canadian unit in any YR mod is overdue.
