Cerebral Cascade is a Yuri's Revenge modification that seeks to build upon the scenario originally envisioned by Westwood in which Yuri was a time-traveler from the Brotherhood of Nod. Cerebral Cascade attempts to bring this plot-line to fruition, and overhauls the entire Red Alert 2 story to suit the new plot-line, covering both the events of Red Alert 2 and its expansion. The multiplayer experience contains 18 playable countries, with two bonus factions, for a total of 20 factions, and a moderate focus on maintaining balance between all factions, while keeping their ideas fresh and new. This mod also makes sporadic use of the Ares modding extension by AlexB, and the CnCNet client by Rampastring, to bring an enriched and modern experience to the playerbase.

Description

The Lunar Enforcer, is the tier 1 frontline infantry of the Lunar Enclave faction, who uses a well-regulated militia to rule over the remnants of numerous ravaged sites on Earth. Think of them as collaborators who would rather work with Yuri than their their former soviet occupiers.

While Yuri in this exact timeline lacks means of concentrated mind control, his charismatic and opportunistic nature make up for that fact.

For the Lunar Enforcers, the enemy of their enemy is their friend, especially when concerning Yuri's rule. Luckily for Yuri, the chances of a rebellion are extremely low, as the weapons deployed against the Soviets are enough to make rebels think twice. So for now the Lunar Enforcers work alongside the ranks of the Initiates, Partisans, and other mainstay infantry of Yuri's various aligned groups.

The Lunar Enforcer uses a specially engineered rapid fire shotgun that is capable of switching modes. However ingame only the rifle mode is represented currently. The rifle mode is capable of unleashing 7 consecutive shots before needing to recharge. But the Lunar Enforcer can instead fire steadily, instead of recharging it, for a weaker but more steady attack. Any commander feeling like their micromanagement skills up are up to the task, can pull fully depleted Enforcers from the front for a moment to allow their rifle to recharge and rejoin the battle with a rapid fire shot, capitalizing on the recharge.
