Cerebral Cascade is a Yuri's Revenge modification that seeks to build upon the scenario originally envisioned by Westwood in which Yuri was a time-traveler from the Brotherhood of Nod. Cerebral Cascade attempts to bring this plot-line to fruition, and overhauls the entire Red Alert 2 story to suit the new plot-line, covering both the events of Red Alert 2 and its expansion. The multiplayer experience contains 18 playable countries, with two bonus factions, for a total of 20 factions, and a moderate focus on maintaining balance between all factions, while keeping their ideas fresh and new. This mod also makes sporadic use of the Ares modding extension by AlexB, and the CnCNet client by Rampastring, to bring an enriched and modern experience to the playerbase.

The Hind and Kamchatka Heavy Tank voxels are made by NucleiSplitter!

Just thought i'd point that out for anyone in the audience who may be interested.

Also due to limitations on my part, the magical cargo container that should be present is not present because I am not talented with Voxeling programs, but we can safely address that in a future update, as gameplay, balance, and general fun come first.

Description

The Hind returns to service as an asset of the Latin American Combine, doubled with the cheaply produced Soviet Kamchatka Heavy Tank, they make their presence known on the battlefield as the mainstay of the army of the World Socialist Alliance.

The Hind is capable of transporting vehicles in the massive cargo hold that the Hind bolsters, some say it can fit three Kamchatka Tanks inside of what many LAC airmen affectionately refer to as, the "Box of Chocolates", as the enemy doesn't know what they'll get from the Hind.

Will it be Infantry, Tanks, a mobile construction vehicle, their lover's long lost wedding ring? Comrade-general decides!

While not all WSA members boast the Hind, they maintain massive reserves of the Kamchatka Heavy Tank, a tank produced under harsh supervision by the allied nations, a tank Soviet Designers managed to lie and swindle higher caliber and armor onto, while the Western Allies were too busy laughing at the fuel tanks that had been conveniently placed on the outside.

Funnily enough, those are just where the Soviets keep the Vodka.
