Description
This is the ARM Merl, currently a Work In Progress. The Treads and the Rocket are temporary placeholders.
I also believe that Merl's an acronym and should thereby be "MERL". However I have yet to figure out what it could be. I'm pretty sure M's Mobile and RL's Rocket Launcher. No idea 'bout the E though.
