Tired of the worlds corruption, a new faction emerges from the mist. A combination of the worlds revolutionary forces, commonly deemed "terrorists" by many of the worlds governments. The leaders of this new faction decide to take matters into their own hands, and upon conquering all that they deem necessary to conquer, plan on reshaping the world and its ways, based upon the ideals of freedom and sovereignty of every person. Knowing that this new faction is an extreme threat to them, and their position of power, the worlds current governments immediately seek to destroy the uprising. This is the New Dawn!!

That has to be authorized by EA. Now rock paintings can't move C & C without authorization. The 8-bit series is an example. It's useless for them to remake ra2, so they have to make their own 8-bit series.

No, this is a mod about sayyyy revolutionaries, like Americans were before they were American. They are fighting because they don't like the "fakeness" (can't think of a better word) of the government. They want to run it properly. So no, they are not communists. (its them taking over the world essentially, and running it their way)
