General Leangs Coal Power Plants cost 20% less
than Nuclear Reactors and are faster to construct,
but as a downside they produce 20% less power.
This is pure polution!! :P

Why Coal?
No Offence but nuclear is better.
Hows about wind farms or bio reactors?

Coal is a Fossil Fuel, unless if there is regenerating Coal in the mod.
in real life about all of china is powered by coal, it's the most present fuel in china i think.

Well, the Russians also have a similar source of power in Rise of the Reds...
Actually, the same ;) Except the Russians have a global upgrade doubling the output of every coal power plant.
