C&C: ShockWave is an enhancement mod for C&C Generals: Zero Hour. The main goal of this mod is to make Zero Hour a more interesting game with more diversity between the generals, making you think twice before you select a certain general, and overall provide more choices, diversity, and strategic freedom than in Zero Hour - while keeping the spirit and design direction of the original Generals game and storyline.

this mod requires Shockwave v1.201 installed on a patched copy of generals zero hour to work!
how to install the Shockwave Single Player Experience:
back up the following files in your Generals Zero Hour directory, where the Shockwave mod is installed:
extract contents of zip file into the Generals Zero Hour directory, where the Shockwave mod is installed.
Play the mod via the launcher.
All three Mini Campaigns should now be replaced by the full campaigns.
USA, GLA and CHINA campaigns now contain every map from both vanilla generals and zero hour.
(except for the second last GLA Zero Hour mission....for some reason it always resulted in instant victory and i couldnt fix it)
every mission has been made compatible with the Shockwave Vanilla USA, GLA and China units respectively.
BONUS BONUS BONUS:
the following generals now have their own challenge map: Infantry, Armor, Salvage!
That's right! Every General can now test their skills in 12 challenge maps against every other General in the field!
The challenge maps have been arranged to give each general a different starting oponent and General Leang is always the last opponent.
Every challenge map has been slightly modified with new tech structures
and some scripts have been corrected (like Tao will now actually launch his Nukes in the Intro and against your base!)
If there are any crashes (which do not concern faulty installement) or if any map is too hard to beat....
(and i mean too hard to beat by any means not too hard to beat with casual playstyle in 5min)
then let me know.
Also if you spot any AI sutpidity during the challenges like the Opponent firing his Special Powers (Artillery Barrage, Paradrops, etc.) onto corners or unimportant locations, let me know in the comments and i'll try and fix it.

EDIT 29.06.2019: file contains a new !Shw_ini.gib! replace the old one with this one, if you already downloaded it before this date. Changelog: China Mission 5 now grants access to the American B52 Carpet Bombers.
EDIT 01.07.2019: managed to find a fix for the annoying habit of the AI in the challenges (specifically Stealth and Salvage) to fire their Superweapons at random unimportant locations. Now they fire their Superweapons at the Players base.
That does also count for Special Powers like the Demo_DemoTrapParadrop!
Edit 06.07.2019: fixed a bug on Deathstrikes challenge map where you couldnt gain exp. Also properly activated a timed delay on his superweapon and special powers (V1 bomb). 15min on easy, 10min on normal and 5 min on hard.
EDIT 28.07.2019: fixed a script in nuke gens challenge, he didn't fire his nukes, now he does! Put on your radiation suits! Also Deathstrike and Ironside now have different victory and defeat portraits.
EDIT 16.08.2019: fixed the "teleporting DaisyCutter" bug in Ironsides challenge map. now he uses his B52 as he should but does not get the MOAB. Also his defeat Picture is fixed.
EDIT 05.09.2019: Version 1.2 is out! I redid the entire USA campaign and fixed every Intro Cinematic (and Cinematics within the mission) to run smoothly with 1920x1080 widescreen!
several maps have been tweaked, full Changelog is in the Zip-File.
IMPORTANT KNOWN BUGS: Mission 04 has an Aircraft Carrier....The Raptors from the Carrier keep taking off, do a loop around the carrier and land....however the Carrier is otherwise usable as normal
Mission 11 has a weird bug, where camera movement is limited after the Intro Cinematic. The solution is to quickly zoom in and out again to regain full control of the camera.
