C&C Retarded is way more than just tweaking a few units here and there, it is the realization of my ideas without persecution. I make up ideas I know no one else would come up with and implement them into the game.

isn't this a replay
It's an RA3 replay file. Place it into your replay folder and run it through the game after launching the mod.
I will say this is hands down the most epic match, I watched it live and I have also downloaded it and it still leaves me in awe at how awesome it was.
