To be precise will/ could it have three seperate fire modes? 1 pod (3 missiles; fast fire rate), 3 pods (9 missiles, medium fire-rate), and 6 pods (all 18 missiles; slow fire-rate; maybe only used when a barrage target location ability is utilized by the player)?

Not complaining though, I always loved the design of that tank. Though you nailed it's appearance right down to the triangular missile pods. Might want to include a "inspired from" tidbit in the description to avoid blatant plagiarism :/.
I use many any concepts, and almost always I do not know about them anything, simply search of casual pictures through Google.
