This mod is for all the players frustrated with the cartoony nature of Zero Hour units and buildings. We intend to replace every fanciful unit in Zero Hour with its closest possible real world equivalent, without changing the unit's capabilities.

Here the Helix has been replaced by a Hind, and the comanche has been replaced by an Apache.
Err, is the Hind going to have some Anti-tank capability? Or restricted to transport and Anti-personal only, I see rocket pots *_*
Don't forget this is just a visual replacement of the Helix. With a bunker upgrade it will indeed be firing rockets! And it can still drop the napalm bomb ;)
ummm, the Comanche is a real heli.
except it never enter mass production.......its remain a prototype and eventually the military lose interest in it.....sad
The Chinese barely use Hinds. There is actually a helicopter that is called Helix.
That is correct, the mod description states that to fill all roles correctly China also gains some North Korean units. The RL Kamov Ka-27 "Helix" is a russian anti-sub helo and so was not appropriate. The Helix takes on the role of a heavy attack helicopter in game, and so we struggled to decide between a Hind, CAIC WZ-10, and Mil Mi-8, but we eventually thought the Hind would be the most fun to play with :).

Gunship =/= Attack helicopter.
Yes sadly Chinese attack helicopters aren't beefy enough to replace the Helix.
I think the hind looks thin.
