Description
A replacement for the Scud Launcher for the Stealth General, the Hover Scud Launcher is powered by four Scud Missiles, allowing it to hover over water and move slightly faster. It can switch between Toxin and Explosive warheads as normal.
It can also switch to a suicide attack mode, in which it will fire off all four of its driving Scud Missiles, and fly into the target doing a massive amount of damage, though not as potent as a Bomb Truck.
