Carnivores Modders Edition aims to create a more flexible engine so mod-creators can build more detailed and varied mod packs for Carnivores 2 than ever before.

New features include:

  • AI can be reordered or duplicated throughout the roster
  • 108 map ambient slots per area
  • 128 trophy slots
  • All huntable herbivore AI can be made dangerous
  • All huntable carnivore AI can be made non-dangerous
  • Any AI creature can be spawned as map ambients
  • Set which creatures can random spawn

  • Fully customisable spawning rules for all creatures

  • Spawn max/min and spawnrate per map (minimum spawn rate of 1/30,000 chance per hunt)
  • Creatures can be set to never leave certain regions unless chased/lured out.
  • Creatures can be set to avoid specific areas per map.
  • Minimum/maximum depth (fish/mosasaurus AI creatures only)
  • Minimum/maximum altitude for flier AI creatures
  • New overwrite system - Any RES value can be adjusted depending on map, time of day, creature selected or a combination
  • Optional sleep animation for T-Rex
  • New Primal Prey style trophy room system.
  • Trophies can be animated (res togglable)
  • Jump range for mosasaurus ai
  • Toggle crouch.
  • Customisable snow/weather settings for each map

In the next version will you bring back the "optic" code line for community-made weapons with a scope (or scope overlay), like the Laser Rifle and the remade C2 Sniper Rifle?

Hey Ornithomimid1, the mod works fine but I got the classic issue with the screen shaking a little bit while you walk. I always fix it changing the v_d3d.ren file with another version of it (I don,t know if the age of the file is important or something) but with the MEE I can't change it cause it sends me an script error when I start the hunt. Do you know some way to fix the screen shaking issue or is something that the mod canĀ“t get rid of?
