Carnivores Custom Edition (CCE) started as humble community mod using the Carnivores source-code. It's now evolving into a full-fledged engine redesign which basically turns the world of Carnivores upside down and shakes it all around before setting it back down on the ground again. The mod is already showing huge improvements to the existing engine such as AI and Weapon improvements, our aim is to eventually have a hunting engine that displays an ecosystem full of varied and rich AI as well as the joys of blasting a vicious Carnivore.

Description

This 3dsMax plugin will allow users of the popular 3D Studio Max to import the custom .CMF files outputted by C3Dit (Carnivores 3D Editor) and edit them in the famous 3D modelling software, then re-export them again as .CMF files ready for import into C3Dit again.

Sorry for the late reply. I'm going to post up the new MAXscript that directly imports .CAR and .3DF files into 3dsMax tonight (roughly 12 hours from now) as well as the CMD tool that will let you compile .VTL .WAV .TGA and .3DF together into a single .CAR file if I get around to finishing it tonight.
