Why? Original rattling gunners look better, no offence, there are more variation within the model. Keep the original, or at least leave old model in, so that people could bring back old ones.
The old models are still in for people to bring them back by switching the lines in EDU. The old ones had lots of little pieces, which did make for lots of variation, but when you're using a faction that depends on using multiple armies of large hordes in battles, it's more important to be efficient.
That makes sense. Anyhow since you will be keeping the old models in people can choose.
