Yes, it works with any mods that don't add or change quests. Weapon mods only change the rewards not the quests.

Is it possible to make it so that the mutant meat fetch quests have ranges instead of straight static numbers? I'd like to see possibly wanting more (Around 3-5) while Monolith and Clear Sky are less (About 2-4). But the values are really up to you, I just want to know if ranges are possible.
Not without changing the code. For the moment i don't know how to code for stalker, so all my mods currently just change config values instead of changing the game script code.
