there is no Tal'darim race.

Why would there be? All they are is a zealous faction of Protoss with the same exact tech.
Because it was planned in the initial idea of this project. If you noticed when you choose your race in the mod, there is the option of Tal'darim but disabled. I guess that the team of this mod would have changed the tech tree like the other factions. Well, it's sad that there isn't 3th race. However the mod is fantastic.
