That looks nice and all, but I don't think it fits with the theme of Kel-Morian Combine. I realize this is probably a WIP, so there will probably be a lot more detail in a few days, but looking at the Hammerhead Tank and than at this, the style is quite different.

I thank it should have gatlings for scouting out units.
And a special ability to deflect missiles like in your other mod or may be it could fire lots of rockets as a special ability?
Maybe some air unit could cloak and along with that deflect some part of all missile attacks that it receives, perhaps if it manages to deflect an actual missile, the missile could keep flying past it until it reaches maximum range.
