This compilation of mods, "Brytenwalda Repolished 1.05" is my effort to share with the community some of my own personal custom items alongside some of the best mods/info for Brytenwalda atm in one single big package, ready to download, unzip and install. This is no way replaces Brytenwalda, but aims for it to be a more polished version for those that want a different feeling to it keeping the original spirit. I´d recommend you try Brytenwalda 1.41 first, then try this version which only aims to smooth some of its edges. This mod is NOT savegame compatible, as it alters certain troops, world map placements and item names/meshes. If you still want to try it, a middle ground of sorts is to either export your character , start a new game with this mod, and import it, you will retain levels , skills , xp and money only, but like most mods, a fresh new start is required to see all the changes.

Description

This is the Brytenwalda Repolished Standalone, it´s a fully enclosed module for Warband --> This contains already Brytenwalda 1.41 <--- The Brytenwalda devs have kindly given me permission to distribute the fully modded client! :D *** This compilation of mods, "Brytenwalda Repolished 1.0" is my effort to share with the community some of my own personal custom items alongside some of the best mods/info for Brytenwalda atm in one single big package, ready to download, unzip and install. You will need a fresh copy of Brytenwalda 1.41, then proceed to OVERWRITE it with all the files in this mod. That´s all! This is no way replaces Brytenwalda, but aims for it to be a more polished version for those that want a different feeling to it keeping the original spirit.

Hi guys, This is the full standalone version of Brytenwalda Repolished 1.02. If you have issues opening the .zip remember to use 7zip or any software that can read LZMA files. There is also a smaller download for those that want the submod to apply to their already existing Brytenwalda Install here Moddb.com

Some people like to mod their own versions of Brytenwalda, others like to just have a simple SINGLE install, this is the latter, a fully modded Brytenwalda 1.41 that has been Repolished with my mod. For people that want a simple unzip, drag and drop module ready to play, no need to add to an existing installation, no need to overwrite anything, etc.

Standalone as it doesnt need the original Brytenwalda 1.41, its a definition that still applies. Since I cannot say I made Brytenwalda, I have to say it´s a Standalone Repolished, since it contains Brytenwalda (a different mod) for which the devs have given me full permission to distribute. Hope this clarifies the issue, it´s how we defined it in the official forums. The Original Repolished is a Sub-Mod at its core, the Standalone is a fully Brytenwalda 1.41 Client with several modifications included in one single peackage for Warband.

The standalone, as explained above is a fully modded Brytenwalda 1.41, so no need to download/have a prior Brytenwalda 1.41. Treat is a fully enclosed mod and not as a submod.

He should be there, you usually need a NPC cycle to make a companion show up, usually about 3 days to a game week. Companions and fixed tavern NPCs cycle a lot and usually remain in limbo sometimes for some days before popping up again. I have had specific companions sometimes taking 2 weeks to pop up again, and this is just a matter of luck, but more than 2 weeks without seeing him/her anywhere is rare.
