Hehe, it reminds me of the good old times I played Blood with my friends on LAN.
The top right picture. Wouldn't it be cool if you can grab his guts from the floor and strangle him with them?
You should be able to do a finisher where you grab him by his head, rip out his intestines, while he's still screaming, wrap his intestines around his neck like a noose then hold it up so he's being hanged then his whole head just pops off in a fountain of blood and gore.
No, after wrapping zombie's neck with intestines doomguy swings the zombie above his (doomguy's) head and smashes poor undead against the floor, which results in HUGE GUTS splattered all around.
This reminds me of a quote from Boderlands 2 "Have you ever been stranged by your own intestines?!
Or Doomguy just doesn't rip the zombie's intestines out at all and does a fatality that actually kills the zombie quicker.

In the fourth screenshot in the lower right corner is that an Imp head on the ground with one of its eye balls dangling? Damn, that's brutal.
When I saw the title, I had a feeling Sgt MK4 had added a feature to eat the intestines of the enemies.

A silly "platforming" mechanic should be added, the bodies that are hung from the ceiling by chains? Imagine jumping into those and using it to swing across gabs :D
Our flying kick is good enough to swing across gabs while pulverizing thru hordes of demons at the same time...but not bad..xDDD
