I'm making a wad for Wadsmoosh (the tool that merges all official id releases into a pk3 file) that adds The Plutonia Experiment Midi Pack cover by Xeotroid to the Plutonia episode. But when I run it, it loads the music from Doom 1 until map 07. After that, the music works properly.

I think there is a script to play the music. Because when I played the original Plutonia iwad without the Doom metal file, the following error appeared:

MUSIC "D_E1M2" NOT FOUND

So, I opened the Brutal Doom pk3 file and looked for the script. But I couldn't find it. Anyone knows where that script is?

By the way, while I was looking for the file, I found this:

Weird bd thing

Is this supposed to be a future addon like Eday?

EDIT: Mark re-added the Dynamiclev file. So my problem is solved.

Welcome aboard, I've been trying to make Plutonia Midi Pack work since yesterday, too.

The problem is the file DYNAMICLEV.o in ACS folder. Mark removed the source of these scripts since RC3 or RC2, not sure; I can't find the previous revisions of v21 anywhere. I only managed to find RC1fix and took a look at the source of that script:

Somehow, that script manages to override the MIDI pack, no matter what order do you load the wads in. The script is related to the Map Enhancement that came with v21, so if you disable that in Brutal Doom settings, it will fix the problem... although the pretty additions to Plutonia will be gone, and I kinda want them tbh. The best solution so far is remove the script itself and wish it isn't too important, unless Mark comes and fixes it. Unfortunately he has way more things to fix in RC4, the bug report channel has been bringing up lots of bugs that didn't happen in RC3.

EDIT: Got RC3 from someone since I updated to RC4... it actually had the source files, too. Removing all those "SetMusic" instances for TNT and Plutonia maps fixes the problem. Here's the compiled file: Drive.google.com (Use it with RC3, just in case) You'll need to open up Brutal Doom RC3.pk3 with SLADE and replace the file in ACS folder with the one from the link.
