This does not occur in zandronum but only in GZdoom (i am using version 3.6.0)

In Addition of this, there are some error/missing texture messages in console.

I can confirm this. I'm on dev build 3.7 pre-302 at the moment and it looks exactly the same as the screenshot given here.

The missing texture names from the warnings/errors are DOPUNK4, COMPUTE1 and ADEL_F36.
DOPUNK4 is a TNT texture, it isn't present within the Doom 2 IWAD, so that's probably why that one is missing. However, it is also present within the Freedoom2 IWAD, so I thought that it may be that Extermination Day now needs to be run using Freedoom 2 instead. Having tried that, the missing texture warnings/errors for DOPUNK4 and COMPUTE1 are no longer present, but ADEL_F36 is still listed as missing. The issue from the provided screenshot is still there, though.

I will soon make a forum exclusively to report Extermination Day bugs after I release a new beta.
By now, reporting anything related to it is pretty useless.
