The definitive gameplay enhancement mod for the GZDoom and Zandronum engines. Adds realistic gore, dismemberments, headshots, executions, lightning effects, particles, makes enemies smarter and harder, makes gun louder and beefier, and adds epic new boss battles.
Added some things from PB 3.0 and improved the optimizations. PB:Redux is a mod of Project Brutality 2.03 to introduce various features and weaponry from BDv21 and PB 3.0 in a way that runs in Zandronum and is optimized for online play too, and there's even Deathmatch support this time and also improved co-op support. Also its half the size of the hefty 400mb PB 3.0. Fixed some issues with missing sounds for the axe and rocket launcher, reduced the spam from imps and made the Flesh Wizard a easier to defeat.

To be honest this is currently clearly a work in progress. However, you have done an amazing job of trying to port all these newer changes into Project Brutality 2.03. Great job so far. Can you continue, though, is the question.
The Desert Eagle crashes the game, and worse if it is in akimbo
Getting "contains duplicate protected lump decorate" error on hosting a server, other than that single player works.
Hi! I'm kind of new to the modding scene for this game so I had a few questions. First, is this mod supposed to be loaded in tandem with brutal doom or is it standalone? Second, since this one has so many options, I can't seem to find the flashlight option in the settings. Is there no flashlight option or am I just dumb? XD
It's a standalone mod, and I believe you just need to bind the keys for flashlight since BD21 has it by default in the controls menu
Contains a duplicate DECORATE, making it unusable in multiplayer on Zandronum.
Is there an issue with dual wield or did I miss a setting? I can equip a weapon in each hand but the left hand only shows animation and doesn't actually fire anything.
Happened to me too but the workaround is once you start dual wielding, press reload. Then they fire as intended.

the quad shotgun don't have firing sound
Personally I found this version of Project Brutality more fun to play than most recent versions, sure the new animations in 3.0 looks smooth and detailed, but kind of becomes tedious after a while with weapons that takes forever to reload. This version lacks some of the stuff from 3.0 but I prefer this over the overdone 3.0
Hey, guys! I think I've found a bug! So when I take the Desert Eagle more than once, to be in a "dual" configuration, the game crashes as soon as the pistol fires. Has anyone experienced this?

When I use the quad ssg it simple says "Quad_SSG" and not "quad shotgun"
