let me ask something: usually I play with ExterminationDay and CompleteDoom before my mods, just to try diferent starts and because I love the originals. I use the Putonia Iwad, loaded with ZDL. I have tried other music mods but the only always work is "SynthDoom" because if starts the original soundtrack because mapchange, I can hit the "change song" button (what make me think this method is the universal only one). Can your mod work even if I'm changing campings (inside completedoom , of course)? and...what if I load this with other campings? Can change other wads not in completedoom? Si6iL, for example?

If you want to use Mood4Doom with the Plutonia IWAD, you need to use the Mood4Doom_Plutonia_V1.wad file, which you can find here: Moddb.com.

Yes, Mood4Doom WS will work when you change campaigns in doom_complete.

Mood4Doom replaces only the music in the four IWADs DOOM.WAD, DOOM2.WAD, TNT.WAD, and PLUTONIA.WAD (it is four separate PWADs); and Mood4Doom WS (which is only a single PWAD) replaces the music in these four IWADs contained in a WadSmoosh doom_complete.pk3 file. However, if you load an IWAD with its corresponding Mood4Doom PWAD after another corresponding PWAD that contains its own music that has the name lump names as those in the IWAD, the music from Mood4Doom will replace its music—for example, if you loaded in order DOOM2.WAD, a Doom 2 megaWAD that contains its own music that has the same lump names as those in DOOM2.WAD, and then Mood4Doom_Doom2_V1.wad, the music from the Mood4Doom PWAD will be used.

No, Mood4Doom WS (Mood4Doom_WadSmoosh_V1.wad) will not replace the music in SIGIL, but Mood4Doom WS can be used in conjunction with SIGIL_SHREDS.WAD. (Note: SIGIL uses different music lump names than those in DOOM.WAD.)
