A new high res background for any version of modded doom.
I am hooked to Brutal doom but have "The Ultimate Doom" IWAD and neither GZDOOM nor Brutal doom change the default background to something more fitting. So I solved it.
Created a standalone WAD that overrides the original 'TITLEPIC' and 'CREDIT' assets, so no more looking at a wall of names while browsing the menu.
This works with any source port that supports loading additional .wad files. If you are using GZDOOM, just put this in the "SKINS" folder. If you don't have that folder, create it in the main GZDOOM directory.
I have included the PSD of the background image, the PNG of the image, and the WAD that is the addon itself. If you want to have a different or edited image in the game menu background, edit my WAD file with any .wad editor, like SLADE.

My only suggestion is to credit the author of the image and put all of your stuff into a .zip file, instead of .rar. Not everyone is willing to download Winrar just to unzip this archive. Other than that it looks nice, good job!
Doesnt 7zip do .rar as well as .zip and a bunch of other ****?

So this will replace the unreadable credits in the main menu with this image? If so, that sounds great! I can barely see anything with the default background.
