This is the Doom alpha/beta BFG2704! This weapon does NOT replace the original BFG, so double the fun. The primary fire of the weapon is the original fire that the weapon used! The alt fire is a wave like beam that shoots red/green particles that damage things out the side. The PB Spec. fire is where you can change the spread of the primary fire by 4 different angle degrees! Enjoy!

And your point? It's a giant sword that he uses to cut up demons, and if you've watched Berserk or read the manga, you'd know that Guts is essentially Doomguy, or Doomguy is Guts.... either way, they are both demon-slaying badasses, and I think Doomguy should use a giant sword to kill demons with! :D
Yeah I know that. I've read most of berserk about a year ago but stopped because of the hiatus. I was just pointing out the fact that neither Doom or berserk have any dragons in it. (Well there's Grunbeld in berserk but he appears in the millennium falcon arc)
Also I agree Doomguy and guts are similar. Only difference being that Guts is a much more complex character and that Doomguy is about 5 times stronger than Guts. Don't get me wrong Guts is powerful. but won't last a second against a spider mastermind .

then yes there are many "dragons"
it also translates rhino to be unicorn because king james was scottish royalty being and his crest was a unicorn.
Actually, now I'm trying to set up Sinon's (from SAO) Sniper Rifle for PB. I hope someone make Dragonslayer someday.

I believe that it-of course-spawns alongside the normal BFG, and im not sure, either 15 or 25%, maybe higher i cant remember, and thanks!
I especially like the "cooldown" sound after firing, it's nice seeing the alpha BFG get some love.

What i did i gave a quake 2 style bfg ball (one that shoot beams at nearby enemies :3)
and made the alt fire shoot the red colored plasma projectiles that had ripper trait added to them. (also why am i telling you this, its in the weapon pack i gave you)

One thing I noticed with this weapon is it makes those really bright red pools of blood from that red droplet mod. This isn't intended is it? It just doesn't really match up all that well with the other blood imo.
Yes it is, as you see with PB's death actors the zombie melts in a light green splatter, and this bright red was implied to act in the same way since the red spheres are there
Thats kinda odd, it just makes every blood puddle on the floor look like bright red paint instead of blood. It just seems really out of place and doesn't match with anything. Otherwise this is a pretty nice weapon.

I don't really remember any pb cell based weapons ever making gibs puddles like this. Its just a tiny nitpick but you can easily tell it doesn't match.

hi man, haven't you though about putting all your stuff together in a single pack? something like BD-PB extra-pack? because i have to check many sections to see if there are some updates on your weapons
I was thinking of doing something like that. However the size of all the weapons put together would be a tremendous size, and updating one small thing on a weapon would require a whole new upload of all the other weapons too which would also take longer, and i wouldnt be able to publish products as fast as i would like. Its kinnda difficult to explain but i do understand what you mean, i do know it can be an inconvenience for my older publishes. However most likely if i update something i post in the comments of that mod on the date i upload that update, so i do whatever i can to spread the news. The only other option would be something like blog posts or something related but that wouldnt help much either. I'd do more if i could :)

Found an SFX bug: Running out of ammo whilst holding the primary fire causes the firing sound to still play despite switching to another weapon.

hearing the bfg2704 sound on infinite loop is very unpleasant to the ears
Oh it surely will be! :) I just have a LOT on my plate (including dual mancubus cannons) and am trying to get everything done and assured of ASAP

Huh, never gotten that error before :o what engine and version are you using? and what order are you loading the mod?
The level of detail in this weapon is very good, the sprite and firing animation is very beautiful. I always use it to set off hordes of enemies and just spend a few minutes analyzing the details of the shots. Excellent mod :-)
