A fun little mod based on vanilla HoD Vic2 that was originally meant for personal use and enjoyment. Try it if you want to have some fun. DISCLAIMER: Use only if you don't mind losing half of your pops and getting them replaced by Asians. The main "features" are: -Badboy is now somewhat better -Have u ever tried boosting party popularity? -China and Japan die -'Murica is no more, somewhat -No assimilation (pops do merge tho) -I don't know what else I messed up
