A mash-up of Blood and Doom 64, created by MrFroz and Chunky Norwich.
Upgrade which further balances the difficulty and improves the gameplay of the mod.
It's the first letter upgrade since v1.0c, and as such, it doesn't add much new content. But the improvements and fixes of this version are very important, nonetheless, and these are the following:
-Redesigned the Flare Gun's alternate fire.
-A flare box now gives the player 8 of ammo instead of 7.
-The max ammo you can have now for either the Life Leech or the Voodoo Doll is 80 instead of 100.
-The max ammo you can have now for the Molotov is 8 instead of 10.
-The max ammo you can have now for the Claymore is 15 instead of 10.
-The Napalm Cannon now gives only 8 of ammo instead of 10 when picking it up. Also, the max ammo you can carry for it is now 48 instead of 50.
-Tweaked difficulty settings for Area 15, The Football Pitch and Boss Battle.
-Fixed the error that caused the player to always switch to the Pitchfork after running out of ammo with any other weapon, even though there might have been stronger weapons with ammo in the arsenal.
-Fixed the error that caused the player to switch to another weapon after using the alternate fire for the Voodoo Doll even though she/he might still have had ammo for the normal fire.
-Reduced the animation time for selecting/deselecting the Pitchfork, the Molotov and the M60.
-Now the explosives (Molotov, TNT and Claymore) can hurt the Cyberdemons and Tchernobog. These bosses also now get radius damage from the Life Leech and the Napalm Cannon.
-Reduced the radius damage of the Life Leech, the Molotov and the Napalm Cannon.
-Added a new secret for The Football Pitch.
-Removed a not-so-secret secret from They Are Here.
-Removed excess of ammo in Club Cabal.
-Changed Invisibility Cloak position in the Time to Split! mini-game.
-Improved the animations of Caleb (for players using Chase Cam).
-Miscellaneous map changes.
With all of the above changes, the mod should be a fairer challenge to both the people who have played it before and newcomers. This is the definitive way to play DoA, at least until v1.5 comes.
