A mash-up of DOOM 64 and Blood created by MrFroz and Chunky Norwich for GZDoom and QZDoom.
Update which fixes some important bugs and fine-tunes the gameplay and level design of the mod.
This update isn't as big as the previous one, but it still fixes some annoying bugs (like the Hellrose's roots not dying automatically after killing the Hellrose with fire weapons) and tweaks the way certain weapons work (for example, the Claymore no longer shows any sprites when reaching 0 ammo and it deals a bit less damage to the player now). All of the explosives (Molotov, TNT Bundle and Claymore) now have got their own weapon slot and the medicine pouches that the Zealots drop after being killed no longer count towards the item percentage, which makes a lot more easier to get 100% items on a map.
The main menu of the mod now features a new logo exclusively designed for Blood: Dead on Arrival by Charon of HESK: Hyugaren fame. The health bars now have new sprites made by Charon, too, and Platformer 3D (pictured) has been aesthetically redesigned and now uses completely new textures and music. Certain levels (Otherworld, Midgard and Cabal Hill) have got their difficulty settings tweaked: they're more easy to play on the first three difficulties, and others (like Trouble at the Docks, Club Cabal and Boss Battle) feature completely new skies of higher quality than the ones that were before.
There have also been improvements on the level design based on notes we took after watching TartarusCast's stream of v1.3 such as fixing the lack of ammo in They Are Here and adding more hints to certain levels so that the player doesn't get lost so easily in them. There is also now a jukebox in the HUB area for the Bonus Levels that lets you play every single track of the mod's soundtrack.
There are also other important changes that haven't been mentioned above, like the Flare Gun and Aerosol Can now having alternate fires. You can always check the changelog text file that comes within the .ZIP for full information.
