The head yes, but the body couldn't be further from it?
I like D best, because of the creepy and menacing look it has. Not to mention the originality.

A - because of the little thorns or spikes on his head.
B - Because red eyes in the darkness/glowing would be some scary **** exspcially with the sharpness those eyes have now :D

Head is too small compared to the body. The A spikes don't fit with the rest of the body. Otherwise, this is amazing.
The body is actually only 10% real body. 90% is just pure, evil muscle.

D is best, it is the least human, and the most intimidating...
this looks really awesome, guys. are these going to be randomised models, changed everytime you play or are they static creatures?
A. seems to look like a race of aliens looking to further their own goals by any means necessary. that includes doing stuff behind their backs (doing things in secret like stealing something of theirs or assassinating someone) and then stabbing your allies in the back
or maby they are religious fanatics that believe the galaxy must be purged of all life for a new beginning from their own pure race
B. kinda looks like their out to fight, out to exterminate the whole galaxy and keep it for them selves. they look like a warmongering kind of race that relies on old reliable technology. not rusty. just big, heavy, clunky, brown and black colored weapons that inflict the maximum amount of pain to the receiver at the other end of the weapon (for maximum pleasure to the one firing). maby even weapons that just knock them out so they can interrogate or just torture whoever is unfortunate
C. looks like blind aliens using other senses like sound, smell or both. they look like they are a race of aliens descended from a hive. looking for food, resources maby even slave labor. or they are just blood thirsty ravagers of the galaxy
d looks like they had their hearts turned inside out by a warmonger and now they search the galaxy to improve them selves with whatever is useful to them and that they are looking for worthy foes to challenge. they look very technological as well. like they base them selves on technology. like heave nano Armour or shields, mechanic machines like mechs or large mechanical vehicles that kind of stuff
