The lighting's a bit harsh on the ground there. Move the light entities higher off the ground and closer to the middle of the room. Try to avoid placing lights too close to any faces or props.
Actually in a situation like this he should either use a combination of light_spots and light entities with different settings (preferable), or at least a dim-ish light with a primarily constant attenuation.

Yeah, that would work
needs a wee bit more clutter, and the powerbox looks like it`s floating, but otherwise the geometry is pretty good
