Story: You are a black ops male agent, sent to eliminate DR. Gallagher, former member of the Black mesa science team, who is hiding in the Dead end night club. You aren't able to find him, but in the warehouse, you hear a .357 Magnum being fired. It was DR. Gallagher, that commited suicide. You pick up the bomb (As seen in the case in Opposing Force, with 2 Black ops activating the bomb), Let yourself captured by the grunts, in the jail, go to a dirty rotten cell. you make your way out, get to Black mesa. When you set the bomb, you are shot by Adrian Shepard, but NOT killed. You see the G-man re-arming the bomb, you wake up, but you must get out of there.
Description
The player slips into the role of agent Declan Walker, member of the Black Operations, a special-purpose force for covered operations, created by the government, approximately around the project Black Mesa. In the fictitious metropolis “Metro City” will make you hunt on the escaped scientist Dr. Gallagher, who stole a mysterious briefcase, which the government wants to have back at any price. But the good doctor has relations and so it succeeds him to escape one more time...

you put it in C:\SIERRA\Half-Life
If you use steam I can't help you unfortunatly.
its just the directory. you dont need to know anything between sierra and steam. its all just the directory main folder, like every other mod.
For Steam: Steam\steamapps\(youraccount)\half-life.
click dl now, its the red tab then links drop down, pick 1 and hopefully if it works it should start dling, when its done its a folder called blackops. extract to locations below...

extract via winrar which can be dled from the rarlabs and although it keeps spamming its not free, it does nothing againist you, therefore its secreatly free.
Almost forgot you must restart steam or this mod won't showup on your games list.
Help! I started the game and love it so I'm entering Black Mesa and my HUD is gone, I can't switch weapons and can't see where I'm aiming help!

when you put it in the half life foldier you dont need an exe file you just need to restart steam and search for black ops then double click it and you have finished the mission
