The player slips into the role of agent Declan Walker, member of the Black Operations, a special-purpose force for covered operations, created by the government, approximately around the project Black Mesa. In the fictitious metropolis “Metro City” will make you hunt on the escaped scientist Dr. Gallagher, who stole a mysterious briefcase, which the government wants to have back at any price. But the good doctor has solid contacts and so he succeeds in his escape one more time…

Feels like it was made by Vasyan with tons of unnecessary features tacked on, and extra ***** assassin models. First of all, it requires a non-steam game version, GoldSrc Package works fine, although the subtitles are broken.
MP5 is completely redundant with non-functional scope, "Barret" is just a reskinned crossbow, and because soldiers have so much health your guns feel more like toys than actual weapons, except for AR15 and shotgun. Grenades are terrible too, two alt fires from the SMG can't even kill a guy! And you always risk blowing yourself up because the trajectory is super weird and tends to explode in your face in tiny cramped corridors.
On the other hand, soldiers are particularly dangerous because they can merk you in seconds with their headshots, even on Medium. It takes four revolver shots to put one down, as opposed to a quick burst from AR15. Man those big guns became utterly useless. Even the default pistol is extremely inaccurate, it's a joke. "Three new weapons" feels like false advertisement considering those new weapons aren't encountered and not supported, which is apparent by default hev hands.
Physics are cool though, it was funny watching them tumble on stairs, but it also made certain corpses slide across the floor upon loading the level.
Shadows tend to glitch out, setting enemies on fire can be funny, movement system is trash. You move like a geriatric, and the camera sway quickly makes you nauseous, even with the disabled "realistic" camera behavior in settings.
All in all, just go play the original. It works, and it's okay. This one? Only if you're morbidly curious.

Is there a fix for this mod It works but have missing heads from male models missing bodies from female. I've got the 1.6 version works perfect.

always crashes on intro, can anyone fix this? :(

I recently installed this mod from the link in the description but whenever i start the game, the game always crashes and closes during the intro sequence when lightning flashes across the screen for the first time. Also, I am having similar problems with the Timeline Remod 1-3 where the game crashes and closes as soon as I try to start a new game.
Please help me. I have the steam version of Half-Life
Cannot launch:
Steam HL - crash after part of intro cutscene.
HL 1.1.1.0 - Could not load cl.dll error.
Download link still on planetphillip, but the same problem still occurs. The game immediately crashes during the intro when lightning strikes. Loading the first playable map from the console doesn't work either.
