He looks to small to be honest, apart from that everything looks ok.
Not only small, his arm is terribly big!
Maybe not a bad thing though. He looks more like a soldier. Small and compact, but big where it counts ;) haha oh man that sounds bad.
I kind of like this small and compact grunt better than the big lumbering ones in the original. Just seems...Better somehow.
They weren't all that big in the original though. They were just wide.

The model looks fantastic so the textures.. But he looks to thin compared to the big fat *** monster it was in the original. then again it's hard to judge just by seeing a screenshot. The Alien grunt could be twice as big as Gordon but of course we can't see that clearly in the screen.
Then again when I compare it with the bed on the left he also not just looks thin but also small or the bed to large. Looks like he would have to jump onto the bed.
welp they did what valve did, notice how valve changed the vortigaunt design ? well black mesa changed it as munch as the vortigaunt design valve made, that means only keeping the head, feet and color the same
Maybe it's doing that magical thing called crouching??? We may never know...
it's the perspective, the grunt is running forward too

Not quite feeling the lowpoly look to him. Looks out of place, plus the bed next to him looks like it got a higher count
Is that guy a midget? I mean the bed looks like it's made for giants if you compare the two. I think IT should be big and scary, not something you want to pet and put in your pocket.
