May 16, 2000, New Mexico Desert. At 9:47 AM, Mountain Time, a disaster of unknown type has occurred at the Black Mesa Top Secret Research Facility, causing significant damage and failure to various power and communication systems in the surrounding areas. An immediate evacuation order has been issued for all residents within a 75 mile radius of the facility, and on-site military has been dispatched to provide assistance.

This Project will be for now using Supreme Commander : FA engine, bringing in Half Life Universe into Real Time Strategy. I'm sorry to tell that all the units won't be as exactely as they were in Half Life. It is an RTS adapted version of the Black Mesa Incident, so there will be some changes! There is a whole story that can be written behind the iconic Freeman, on a large scale.

-Xenians and Race X (Player-Controlled)

Hi everybody!

Been some months I haven't been particularly active in here, we all know that it was a tedious moment for all of us. We've all been concerned in a way, hope you're fine.

So what's going on in the dev part? Well I must admit I've been really quiet and before that thing hit my country hard, I was working on the other "research" project, and finally enhanced infantry in a good way. I need now to update all the infantry I did for the BM: OpFor RTS project.

(This is the infantry done for the other project, but this will apply to this project too. It's kinda old, don't mind some weird animations that have been reworked since.)

Anyways, other news, the early dedicated BM: OpFor RTS Discord server is now live! Still some tweaks to do but it is joinable! See you there! ;)

Yeah I'll try to get something up soon. I got the core stuff working kinda okay, been figuring out how to replace factions, etc, infantry transports, and so on, now I need to work further on adding stuff in it but I'm really busy IRL so this is taking longer than expected.

To sum up, core functions are kinda okay, needs now to make a lot of building models mostly, xenoes, and coding still. But on the human side, i think i got most of the stuff figured out.

Hi Gnio. This mod looks ******* brilliant, to the point where I might just buy SC solely to **** about with this mod. Quick question though, a while back you said something about "Moving the mod to 'base game'". Does this mean that the mod will be for Forged Alliance, or for the base game? Seeing that I'm planning to buy the game whilst it's on sale, i don't want to end up buying the wrong one by accident.

Also (and this one is just food for thought but), do you have any interests in creating Half-Life 2 based content in the future?

Thanks for what you've done here, the mod looks brilliant and i cant wait to play it. The design of the models and vehicles are very charming and endearing, and are just bringing up some very warranted childhood nostalgia.

Thanks for your support ;) If I find time to move it to a "base game", the content done for supcom will still be released because i did more work on the supcom platform as i did over the previous platforms where i was stuck. So no worries, even if unfinished and changed, all the content will be, as I said, released. ;)
