Looks like a James Bond movie underground base, I love it! :3
Finally, that platform gets some much-needed guard rails.
Ah, another example of Black Mesa thinking: they build a (probably expensive) cafeteria hanging from the side of a cave... rather than simply pump the water out and build the cafeteria on the floor.

Ah one of my favorite places of Blue Shift wish we could walk there.
I believe there was a Half-Life mod that revisited the intro chapter of the game after the disaster. I think it might have been Azure Sheep where you could visit the cafeteria.
