Ah, another example of Black Mesa thinking: they build a (probably expensive) cafeteria hanging from the side of a cave... rather than simply pump the water out and build the cafeteria on the floor.

I believe there was a Half-Life mod that revisited the intro chapter of the game after the disaster. I think it might have been Azure Sheep where you could visit the cafeteria.
