This is great, but that crack in the floor looks off imo.

This is a bit disappointing honestly.. I personally was expecting for something more... something added than blue shift had, and details, I understand this is WIP, but i'm expecting that "something" did Crowbar Collective did with Black Mesa Source, they "added" something to these odd and empty places, like hallways, and plus doors. however, yes, the crack from the floor it's seriously off, and I believe you can do way better that desk from the lobby. anyway, as I was speaking.. some people may agree with me or no agree with me when i'm saying this map needs some plus as black mesa source did, maybe some people like the old style of blue shift.

I believe some people don't want to hear constructive criticism...

That "something" would be lighting here, mostly. The geometry is pretty nice, but it feels plain because it has the same lighting intensity over the entire scenery. Some more intense and warm colours could really help here.

The feel i've been going for this area is that it is the least funded inside Black Mesa. Everything feels run down, it's cold and cheap feeling with bits and pieces falling apart and sticky taped back together. This is quick-compiled meaning that the lighting and other items will look way off. I just wanted to update everyone to let them know i'm not dead and that this area has been moved more in-line with the original compared to my first iteration. Will take your feedback onboard however and see what I can do.

Once again some nice work as usual I kinda agree though with The_Guardian and Hezus. Both of them a fine and known critics within the hl community listen to them.

In my own opinion:

I think the crack in the floor looks brilliant but I would make it slightly smaller than it is now.

The cyan colored chairs look somewhat out of place color wise. I'd change their color. Also the texture in it self looks rather cheap compared to the rest. It seems to have almost 0 detail other than the color pattern.

The lights could indeed require a slight overhaul. While pretty much accurate it feels monotone. In gold source it looked better than it looks here in source idk.

As details go in general I do think something is still missing be it a water bottle or cup on the table with the Cyan chairs or some cleaners equipment on the ground level.

All in all good work.
