BLACK I.C.E. is an extensive mod of HOI3 under development by Panzeroo and many other members of the Hearts Of Iron 3 forum.
10/10 , if it was 100% bug free i 'd give it 11/10

Only played a little of this mod but so far its worth a 10/10 :)
A fantastic bunch of modders takes a great game and makes it world beating - or should that be world conquering.

Black Ice is a must have for any HOI3 FTM owner.
If the original produced in the same interesting, varied and elaborated, developers would cost to erect a monument. But, as always only modders can bring the game to mind, what a huge thanks!
