BLACK I.C.E. is an extensive mod of HOI3 under development by Panzeroo and many other members of the Hearts Of Iron 3 forum.
The mod itself is a great mod, which I would much more prefer than the vanilla game, but it crashes so much to the point that it becomes unplayable.
Very cool mod, but it lacks a few things and it crashes very often.
I wouldn't consider this just a mod. It's basically what Hearts of Iron 4 should become.
Needs just a bit more polishing and bug fixing but I'm assure the devs will take care of that.

Great mod really adds lots of stuff manny realistic events and desicions to make manny units tech tree fully completed pics descriptions etc... And great support from modders

This is fairly good.
If it had proper patch support on moddb I'd give it a nine.
Still worth an 8 though.
