BLACK I.C.E. is an extensive mod of HOI3 under development by Panzeroo and many other members of the Hearts Of Iron 3 forum.
Simply amazing , just what lacked in Vanilla game is covered and still continuing, Special thanks to the BLACKICE Mod crew.....! and of course to Paradox Interactive...!

Some bugs here and there, but more than worth incorporating into Hoi3 TFH.
I truly love this mod for the added difficulty and the new content, I really hope to see some polishing and a few slight changes, and this could very possibly be the best mod I have ever tried for any game. :)
Probably the most fantastic mod ever - and it doesn't just disappear after a few weeks ...or months ...or years.

I love the extra content and the extra depth that has been put into stuff like the politics and intel.
The only thing i hear about the mod is that it crashes often, i haven't had this problem thusfar.
If you indeed suffer from many crashes, my suggestion would be to download podcats .exe (you can find it on the paradox forums, there should be a link to the .exe in the main BI mod page there, too)
