BLACK I.C.E. is an extensive mod of HOI3 under development by Panzeroo and many other members of the Hearts Of Iron 3 forum.
Every mod i tested not liked. But these are special one with update 8.0 every province have new system to build in game i love it !!!!

once you played this there is no way you ever go back to vanilla hoi3 this mod is the best so f*cking good sweet mary mother of god it makes me have a stiffy

This mod adds so much more content into the original game. Almost everything is changed and more content is added to every aspects of the game. It gives you much more decisions to choose for your country. The vast technology tree give you so many technologies to choose to research. The expanded traits makes each general more unique.
This is the most comprehensive mod for the most detailed WWII strategic game in existence. The only reason it doesn't get a 10 is the graphics are somewhat lacking but grognards don't care about graphics anyway.
The ongoing support for this mod is terrific. My only complaint is that they update so often that I rarely get a chance to finish a game before a huge update comes out and I have to start over. They are already in the planning stage of modding HOI4 so only good things are on the horizon as well.
