really great mod, but needs work
Really awesome, though some parts like the unnecessary SS units and micromanaging of the OOB when you have command reforms with Germany is so time consuming and trivial.
Overall great addition.
Could have added better explanation with e.g. Heavy Industry and game mechanics with new units (meaning how the AI "sees new units"(mostly navy))
5.0 version brought great Airfield improvements (capability to greatly expand them)
People like this mod and make submods for it

This is fairly good.
If it had proper patch support on moddb I'd give it a nine.
Still worth an 8 though.
