Newest version of Black ICE - New features, better AI, bug fixes and more GFX.
BICE 4.3 fixesmanybug in 4.2 version as well as rebalances much of the AI production and research. The main features it adds include the ability to blockade ports and expand airbases beyond level 10, up to a level 40 airbase.

I hawe something to tell you about game....Some anoing things!1:AI whan you play whit germany is so stupid eaven on Hard dificulty...thay canot do the invasion in europe(Americans,UK) and whe you play whit USSR same dificulty Germany is insane strong and Allies are stil dumb...can you some how fix 1944 june 6 d-day landing or something..i mean it kills a game...And one other thing...I playd whit germans and no mine Axis members do not wont to come thru mine teritory and help me in east front whay is that?not jut whit germans whit Japs is the same...so can you do something about this things?

unfortunately we cannot mod or change the AI in these ways. To get axis allies to help you try giving them objectives. It seems giving each axis allies one objective at a time works best (otherwise the AI gets confused and does not know which objective to focus on). You could also try setting berlin an objective as sometimes the AI will then send its forces to berlin andhad them over to Germany as expeditionary forces.
Hi there! Is it just me being a really bad player or USSR is really hard to defeat? just started Barbarossa and every attack is on red, but the attacks in the Hungarian/Romanian border. Does the preparatives for Barbarossa (USSR troops losing orgnization and that all) work? I just manage to take a couple of provinces and I'm on mid July! Anybody can help me with this? Thank you!

I have a problem ): my friend have the checksum KGEX and i have the checksum JTVA while we both have the same ver of the game and mod and we both started black ice in the same way but he always gets KGEX while i get JTVA which lets us not play online together ): any idea about what to do about that?
You are not using the same versions. From memory KGEX is 4.2 version, JTVA is 4.3
Ah? What? but..he says that the game says 4.3 beta...well he accidently installed 4.3 and then did the hotfix for 4.2 but i told him that its wrong so he reinstalled the mod to only have 4.3 but maybe he did something wrong..Im gonna check it today when he´s there, I feel sorry now because it was kinda a dumb question then if thats really the solution^^ thanks anyway :3
4.3 needs a clean install. So delete any old BICE files and reinstall.

One issue with 4.3 - on the Technology screen, Nation, there is no Education Tech box, thus no way to increase leadership through education nor eventually activate the University advance. There are also superimposed tech boxes for Industrial Production and Agriculture which I think should be under Industry. Some of the tech advances will allow you to begin research, but then won't progress even if you have the leadership avail, the tech is current and the country has the precursor techs.I could list some other odd little quirks in the Tech tree but I can't decide if it's "bug" or "feature". I didn't have these issues with the 3.2 version
I downloaded clean tfh.exe and deleted old Black Ice files and then ran the 4.3 mod in the HOI3 file. The game loads and runs fine except for these odd tech tree problems. I'm wondering if I need to delete and reload the whole HOI3 TFH game then reload the mods?
Anyone else had similar issues with the Technology screen and if so, is there a fix?
you have an install problem. There are no issues such as these if you have correctly installed the mod. Its important to remove all the BICE files for the install, including the BICE launcher.exe and clear the map cache. There are a lot of replace paths being used by the mod, so its safer that every old BICE file needs to be hunted down and deleted first.

The Game works fine, but I have a major problem: In the technology the Infantry support armor isn't available for research even when all the required things are researched and for the Airplane Basic MG And MG's along with some other tech stuff aren't working, it says "folder missing" So please help me
you have a bad install. Did you use a totally fresh install without any old BICE files present ?

It did not help. Crash at the same time...
ok you might also need to use the 4.3 map cache unzipped and placed in documents/HOI3/BlackICE/maps

hey guys, first some compliment: best mod I ever played! Thanks for the work...
I play with BI MK VII 4.2 and have a lot of fun, but there is one problem: After conquering Leningrad, Moskau, Stalingrad and the Caucasus Area I opened the peace negotiation and the bitter peace event appears. I execute the ost politics and then - all countries were set back to sowiet property and I get no territorial wins - the UdSSR is like in the beginning of the game, only the army reduces to a minimum. this is really weird. Is this a bug or is this fixed in Version 4.3?
This will depend on the decision you made earlier in regards to the Ribbontrop plan, and the reichcommissarites.

March 1940, you receive a decision to create the Waffen SS. From that point on you will get events which trigger allowing you to start building the SS version of the whermacht units.
