Bio Menace 4 is a Bio Menace mod made by szemi. It's an unofficial and independent sequel to Bio Menace 3. The story starts where Bio Menace 3 left off. After defeating Master Cain Snake jumps into his plane and reports he has completed his mission. All that's left is a hot shower and well-deserved rest. Later... after falling asleep strange things happen. He dreams he is in a system room, where he sees a man bound in the corner, whose name is Wilson Stratfield, software engineer. He tells he was just doing his job when a bunch of aliens have rushed into the room and bound him. And also kidnapped his three workmates, who has been taken to planet Holos, a planet opposite the Moon, by those aliens Now Snake and Wilson have to find the workmates and defeat those aliens.
