If you want a random mod, this one is for you. We will add three factions: Bill, the IRS, and Ducofaust. Bill is the most random person in the world, but he will have great firepower at his disposal (hence the name Billiverse). The IRS is the premiere money-making faction. Ducofaust is a dictatorship that is war-mongering and wanting to take over the world (again).
Yes, it has an interesting name, but it will have great gameplay when it's done!

It's impsooible until we get a coder to put it together. there is no current level of mod completion, if there was, i guess we would all be testing it.
