BG1 NPC Project mod for Baldur's Gate II: Shadows of Amn

This mod is not actually for Baldur's Gate, but the Baldur's Gate Tutu mod which converts BG1 to be played in the BG2 engine.

This mod expands on the depth of character and levels of interaction with the NPCs from the BG1 game. When BG2 was released, one of the major improvements in many peoples' eyes was the increased level of interaction one could have with the party members. This mod was developed to allow BG1 players a similar experience. NPCs in your party now have banters with the PC, with each other, and small side-quests of their own.

As we were unable to get the original character voice actors to voice all the new lines, we instead sought out music appropriate to each NPC to be played whenever they initiate a banter. This musical package is a separte, optional package (to keep the download size down), and you can find it on the downloads page. Though if anyone happens to be on friendly terms with any of the voice actors, please let us know!

The project will be completed in three phases:
* Phase 1: Banter pack (each character will initiate banters with others NPCs and with PC)
* Phase 2: Quests and Interjections (some characters will have additional quests and will comment on the game's events)
* Phase 3: Romances (ideally 3 for a male and 3 for a female PC). Currently in development are Romances for: Branwen, Dynaheir, Ajantis and Coran. We will be trying to do more.

Phases I and II are complete and available; rough timeline for Phase 3 release is Spring 2005.
