BFME2: Arcade Edition unleashes everything in Middle-Earth. All Powers, All Heroes. Build a custom army by having Elves run alongside Men. Gain access to incredible super powers at a whim including all new ones. Call forth incredible new heroes like Smaug the dragon, Bilbo and Strugmaug, the elder Dragon.
This mod is a way of allowing you to do what you want, when you want. You can still play like you normally do but now you have choices. Check out videos in Videos section to see a glimpse of whats in store.

u should update this mod broo.. make more units for it! and some new maps dat would be awsome
hey, first of all i have to say this mod is great i have played it but there is one problem(sometimes the AI doesnt build the buildings that give money so they dont attack very often/that if u put them in maps like the first map
but i put them in maps that have castle and walls builded like minas thrias or other like it they build everything)
So can u tell me what i should do

i have managed to download it follow these instructions
1. download game
2. extract game to "C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Lord of the Rings, The Rise of the Witch-king"
3. cut the normal data file and past it into the arcade file then cut the arcade data file and put it where the normal data file was.
4.cut the cursers file out of the normal data file and past it into the arcade edition
5. Make a shortcut from lotrbfme2ep1.exe and put in the target line "C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Lord of the Rings, The Rise of the Witch-king\lotrbfme2ep1.exe" -mod "C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Lord of the Rings, The Rise of the Witch-king\ArcadeEdition"
6. enjoy the mod
doesn't work I really need help I've wanted this mod since I was 9 if you could add me on discord or skype that would help a lot so I could share screens and you could guide me through installing this mod

why does it keep trying to download under battle for middle earth 2 and not ROTWK ??????

To those who has problems installing this, follow this guide.
1. Download
2. Unrar to desktop
3. Copy your folder and paste it into: C:\Users\**YOUR PC USERNAME**\AppData\Roaming\My The Lord of the Rings, The Rise of the Witch-king Files
4. Make a shortcut from lotrbfme2ep1.exe located in your install directory.
5. Put this into the target line: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Lord of the Rings, The Rise of the Witch-king\lotrbfme2ep1.exe" -mod ArcadeEdition (YOURS MAY BE DIFFERENT)
6. Done
if you have problems locating the AppData folder just go into folder options and make sure you have "View hidden files and folders".

I like your mod really much. BUT, if you try to add a custom map to play, the game crashes. I have made many tests about this issue, and it is without any doubt the mods fault. Any fix for this?

i install the mod but it never lets me play it i have tryed everything but only normal rise of the witch king comes up :/
try this..it works for me 100%
1) go to desuraa ofical site and create an account ( Note: its free)
2) once done with first stet download desura and instal it to your folder
3) then once you instaled desura log in to in using your log in and password wich you use to log in to desura on online
4) Now unter Mods section you go to browse mods on desura and other games
5) Next find Lord of the rings Rise of Which king mods and click to search
6) Afrer you find Arcade Edition mod click on its link and then go to Play mod buten then it will ask you to play it or to dowloand desura just clik play or install and wait util Desura program dawloads it and istalls it automaticly to you game folder
7) and when intalation is compleate just click on Lunch option wich is show after istalation
8) For next time mod will be set to play by clicking its icon beneth Rise of wich king icon...
9) hope this helps and enoy couse this mod super aswome....
