What's wrong with it?
Never heard of it. Show me some exibition where Kalashnikov reviews AK-147.
It's fictional. The AK-147 here looks more like an AK103 actually..
Why such a random fictional gun?
AK-103 is not used by any of Russian denfense organizations. Currently it is made for export only. Most likely Russian ministry will give out AK-12 to forces.
Better make Saiga 12, MVD and Spetsnaz anti-teror units always carry shotgun with them for breaching doors and emptying rooms.
What Spetsnaz unit it is suppoused to be anyway?
Saiga-12 is a civilian weapon only. And AK-101 is supposed to be export-only too (It is even chambered in 5,56x45mm instead of russian 5,45x39) so when BF2 MEC was using it, it was making sense (it is a minor though, I can live with that)
So either PDW (PP-2000 for example), or compact assault riffle (9A-91, SR-3m), or go with assault riffle (for example, OTc-14 without a GL), or even small machine gun (RPK-74 with 45-round clips). However I will be able to cope with fictional AR too.
