UPDATED Better Rhodesia (Extended Timeline Submod) for Europa Universalis IV

What does this mod do? It adds flavour to the short lived country of Rhodesia, such as unique culture, etc.

Note: This is not a standalone mod, you need to have Extended Timeline mod installed!

• Fixed a missing duration parameter in the code which caused permanent country modifier rewards from missions to not stay, they would disappear the day you gained them.

• A decision allowing you to form Rhodesia at previous dates, requirements:
  Administrative technology 60 or higher
  Is a former colonial nation
  Not at war
  Has a primary culture from the British culture group
  Own core province Salisbury (Butua)
  Capital city within the Zambezi colonial region
  Rhodesia or Zimbabwe do not already exist.

Tips on Early Game:

1. I recommend the 1975 start date, in 1965 you are surrounded by colonial nations and have nowhere to expand, and there is no event which would release those colonies. (Maybe I'll add those in new update if I won't be lazy haha)
2. Raise the Estates influence over 75% and demand diplomatic support. That's free 150 dip. points, also demand money.
3. If you can, hire an artist ; -10% stability cost. Raise stability by one and choose decision to become plutocratic republic, you can only do this in the starting month as your income share from trade will drop below 30% next month :)
4. Raise stability to 2 and abolish secularism, choose protestant and convert, conservative party gives bonus to religious conversion. Culture convert afterwards to Rhodesian culture to get The Great White Tribe modifier, unless you want to turn Rhodesia to Zimbabwe, then follow the Black Majority Government mission. No idea why you would want to do that and destroy what's the focus of this mod but you can : )
5. Try to conquer Zambia/Mozambique early on, once they get alliance with South Africa you're doomed.
6. Build university, enact "Encoruage Development" edict in the capital and force spawn Industrialisation.
7. Build a factory - it will generate progress of about 8% towards Electrification institution every month due to high development. (You should build it before Step 6 if you have the money, as it also reduces development cost by 10%)
8. Force spawn globalisation institution by further developing the capital.
9. Now that you are not constrained by the 300% higher technology cost from non-embraced institutions, you should catch up in technology to the west.
